Alert

When an approved request has been rescinded by the requestor, the system generates an Alert Message.

The message is visible at login and appears ONLY if a substitute has been scheduled and the request subsequently recinded.

The substitute must be contacted and advised of the change after which the database must be updated by Cancelling the substitute.
