System Administration allows access to all logins and database tables.
System Admin can modify all items in the database except the substitute timesheets.
Besides the access available to the various user categories, the system administrator has 2 additional options:
1) Administer Sytem
2) Database Backup/Restore
Administer System enables access to all tables and the associated data.
Data Backup/Restore enables access to backup or restore selected or all tables in the database.
Data backups are stored a gzipped files.
NOTE: Copying a backup file to a different server or workstation is recommended.
