Principal View

Building Principals can use the A/LRM as an employee, yet also have privileges to approve requests from employees who are assigned to their buildings.  In addition, Building Principals have access to more reports and are notified when previously submitted requests are rescinded.

In addition to being able to submit and review requests, principals also have the capability to approve requests from staff members and to assign substitutes if needed. 

 

Approving Requests

Requests from employees under the supervision of a particular principal show up in a "Principal Approval" table.

The principal can hover the mouse over the "Reason" field to read any comments that might have been submitted.  If the request is approved, the request moves to the Central Office approval form and the employee will see a "pending" notification in their request review panel.  If the request is denied, the process ends and the request shows as "denied" in the employee's request review panel.
