1. Click on the [Admin] hyperlink in the navigation area at left (admin:admin)
2. When prompted, enter your admin username and password (see config.php)
3. Provide information in each of the form fields under the Add a NEW PAGE... section
• Title of Page is a short phrase
• Filename for Page is a single word
• Navigation Order is where you want it to appear on the left navigation panel...(1) is at the top and (10) is at the bottom. 
4. Provide a brief Description for the META tag area (optional)
5. Use the Page Content textarea to create the body of the page.

There are a number of "controls" that can be used to format the page content area.  Hovering the mouse over any of the buttons will reveal what the buttons can do.  In most cases, the text must be highlighted before the control will be applied.
